Best Chai Tea for the Lactose Intolerant

Chai tea is my favorite drink of all time but I’m lactose intolerant like many others out in the world. So, when you are in my situation and enjoy coffee or tea, what do you do?

So here’s my story of finding my all time favorite chai tea! Last year when I learned I was lactose intolerant, I had no idea what I would do as I have an adoration in drinking chai tea. One day, I was walking through Target and was down the cold drinks aisle when I discovered Bolthouse Farm’s Vanilla Chai Tea, I was hooked. Now Don’t get me wrong, the price is a tad bit scary at first I mean, but once you get one sip of it you will be hooked! Or at least I was-

You may be asking yourself, why is it so great if it’s just chai tea? Well, here are some important reasons why you should try their product-

  1. Chai is almost always made with milk and their chai has found a healthy substitute
  2. The drink is nice and smooth unlike some other brands I had tried prior
  3. ITS A COLD DRINK (do not get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with hot chai, but I’m just saying, I like the nice cold chai better long-term)

And what’s not to like- not much off the top of my head other than the price point to be honest. -shrugs- Wish I could find more to not like.

Before I say goodbye for this post, I would like to say that this post was NOT sponsored and that I just wanted to share my love for my favorite on the go kind of tea! Thank you for reading! In the comments, tell me what your favorite type of drink is, I’d love to hear it! Have a good day!
